Nwawuba Lights-Up Okwaragii Ofekata Orodo

The Federal House member, representing Mbaitoli/Ikeduru Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Rt Hon Henry Nwawuba, has continued his developmental strides across Mbaike, as he commissioned a 500kva/33 Transformer, he donated, installed, and energized for Okwaragii, Ofekata, Orodo, community.

The donation and energization of the transformer marks the end of the community’s 5 years of darkness, of which several efforts made to energize the community proved abortive until the intervention of Mr Likeable.

The event which was meant to be a brief handover, attracted His Royal Highnesses from 3 communities in Orodo, including Eze Marcel Uzegbu, Eze Samuel Ugboaja, and Eze Magnus, the Eze Udo 11 of Isi-Orodo. Community, and political leaders were also not left out.

The community in appreciation of Rt Hon Henry Nwawuba’s sustained developmental strides, used the opportunity to request Rt. Hon. Henry Nwawuba to flag off a road project which they named “Hon Henry Nwawuba Road”. A request which was graciously obliged.

His Royal Highness, Eze Engr Marcel Uzegbu, the Okata 11 of Ofekata, Orodo, saluted Nwawuba’s vision and commitment to the service of Mbaitoli/Ikeduru Federal Constituency. 

Eze Marcel Uzegbu added that Nwawuba’s restoration of light in Okwaragii, Ofekata, Orodo, communuty is a debt that must be repaid in good coin. He prayed God to continue to enable Rt Hon Nwawuba to shoulder the insatiable needs of Ndi Mbaike, without let or hindrance.

Rt Hon Henry Nwawuba was accompanied to the event by his Ikeduru brother and friend, Dr Joe Chibundu.
