Hope Uzodinma in trouble as Uche Nwosu finally comes for him

…demands Uzodinma’s disqualification
Ugwumba Uche Nwosu, son-in-law to former Govenror of Imo State, Senator Rochas Okorocha, has approached the Supreme Court to demanding the disqualification of that Imo State Senator Hope Uzodinma, as the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), based on a Supreme court ruling, that he, Uche Nwosu was the rightful candidate, having been nominated by both the APC and the Action Alliance. Nwosu in a fresh suit, filed my his counsel, Mr Philip Umeadi Jnr, is asking the apex court to review its judgement that declared Uzodinma winner of the election, under APC.
Nwosu, is also asking the court to enforce or direct the enforcement and or give effect to the judgement of the court on the case delivered on December 20, 2019, where the Supreme Court ruled that he, Uche Nwosu, was the candidate of both APC and AA, and by that ruling, declared his nomination as null and void.
The Supreme Court, would however declare Uzodinma as the winner of the Imo State governorship election, under APC.
Nwosu further attached to the suit, the judgement by Justice Amina Augie JSC, declaring him the candidate of both parties.
Basing his suit, on the findings of the Supreme Court, Nwosu is now asking the court to affirm that both the Action Alliance (AA) and the All Progressive Congress (APC) did not present any candidate in the 2019 General Elections.
Nwosu also stated that by the ruling, Hope Uzodinma is not the candidate of the party, and did not win the election.
Nwosu is also asking the Supreme Court, to order INEC, to withdraw the certificate of return given to Senator Hope Uzodinma.
Nwosu is also asking the Supreme Court to return Ihedioha as Govenror of Imo State.
